These Terms and Conditions govern the use of happizora.com and the services provided by Happizora Hospitality Limited. By using this website or booking our services, you accept these terms in full.

Offline-Only Services

All services offered by Happizora — accommodation, event facilities and private salon evenings — are provided exclusively offline, in person, at our physical venue at 160 Davie Street, Hokitika. This website is informational only; no hospitality, gaming or entertainment services are rendered online. Participation in any activity requires your physical presence at our brick-and-mortar location.

Bookings and Payments

Bookings are confirmed in writing after availability is verified.
A deposit of 30% may be required for hall and salon rentals.
Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before the reserved date.
Prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests must be 18 years or older to attend private salon events.
Valid photo identification may be required at check-in or event entry.
Guests are responsible for damage caused to the property during their stay or event.
House rules regarding noise, conduct and closing times must be observed.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, design, logos and images — is the property of Happizora Hospitality Limited and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to keep website information accurate and up to date but do not guarantee the absence of errors. Happizora is not liable for indirect losses arising from the use of this website.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
